Are you a recently qualified Certified Nursing Assistant, or do you already have some experience in home care, care facilities, or hospitals? Are you looking for a role where you can gain experience and knowledge? We offer an engaging and varied opportunity to work as a Certified Nursing Assistant in our clients' homes.

To supplement the current community care team in Goirle, Uw ZorgCompaan Zorg B.V. is looking for enthusiastic, ambitious Certified Nursing Assistants to support clients living at home who have complex care needs. Our clients have chronic conditions requiring support or assistance from a care team for 12 to 24 hours a day. To ensure continuous care, you will work a rotating schedule that includes day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. You will work independently while remaining part of a care team where everyone shares responsibility for the client's well-being and the continuity of care. Our clients have conditions such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), Duchenne muscular dystrophy or other muscle disorders, multiple sclerosis (MS), or impairments resulting from a spinal cord injury. Some clients require ventilator care due to their condition. While prior experience working with clients with muscle and/or nerve disorders and ventilator care is desirable, recent graduates are also very welcome!

Job requirements

• You hold a qualification as an Individual Healthcare Caregiver (or a foreign equivalent recognized by IDW)
• You have a command of the Dutch language at a minimum B1 level in both reading and writing
• You are willing to live and work in the Netherlands for an extended period; you have an affinity for diverse cultural groups
• You are willing to undergo training in ventilator care (conducted in Dutch)
• You are open to further personal development and training
• You are willing to work during the day, in the evening, at night, and at weekends
• You have an affinity for diverse intercultural groups
• You are attentive to the client within their social context
• You are sociable, sensitive, and possess strong communication skills
• You are flexible and creative in devising solutions
• You are resilient and confident; you can work independently while also fitting well into a team, and you are open to giving and receiving feedback.
