Job Description: Certified Nursing Assistant (Verzorgende IG) Nobama Care Geleen

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, Nobama Care offers small-scale residential facilities with high-quality 24-hour care at various locations in South Limburg. This enables vulnerable elderly people with memory issues to maintain control over their own lives for as long as possible. 

We are looking for enthusiastic Certified Nursing Assistants (Verzorgende IG) who want to make a real difference together with residents (clients), their families, and colleagues.

You provide necessary care and support to clients. You pick up on subtle signals, are patient, and are always close at hand. Together with an enthusiastic team of colleagues, we aim to shape daily life in an experience-oriented way. We believe it is important for you to utilize and further develop your qualities in order to best serve our clients. 

Job Requirements 

• Qualification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (Verzorgende IG, level 3) or Nurse (level 4)
• You have a command of the Dutch language at a minimum B1 level in both reading and writing;
• You are willing to live and work in the Netherlands for an extended period;
• You have knowledge of diverse cultures and lifestyles and possess cultural sensitivity regarding wishes, customs, and needs;
• You are open to further personal development and training;
• You are willing to work during the day, in the evening, at night, and on weekends;
• You have an affinity for working with various intercultural target groups;
• You are attentive to the client within their social context;
• You are sociable, sensitive, and possess strong communication skills;
• You are flexible and creative in devising solutions; furthermore, you are energetic, perseverant, and proactive;
• You are resilient and confident; you can work independently but also fit well into a team and are open to giving and receiving feedback.
