Are you a (just) graduated nurse or are you a nurse with (some) experience working in home care, in care homes or in a hospitals? Are you looking for a position to gain experience and knowledge? We offer you an exciting and varied opportunity to work as a nurse in the homes of our clients.

Our clients are with physical disabilities as a result of a spinal cord injury or a major accident a disease such as Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), Multiple Sclerosis (MS) which patients require nursing care at several time of the day. The nurses are rostered on the basis of the schedule of the care instruction.

Uw ZorgCompaan has been providing 24-hour care at home by means of aupair care and nursing care for almost 10 years. The organization stands for a unique concept and distinguishes itself through its substantive knowledge, personal approach and close cooperation with its clients.

What is expected of you?

You are in possession of a European Bachelor degree in Nursing. (as, Diploma Título de Diplomado of Titulo de Graduado universitario en Enfermería or ‘graduated nurse’);
It would be great if you have some working experience, but it is not mandatory:
Flexible in working hours and willing to travel occasionally;
You are in possession of a European Nationality;
Willing to work irregular shifts;
You have a good dose of adaptability;
You speak English
ALS (Advanced Life Support)
A valid passport.

We offer:

Support in arranging accommodation. Housing is provided and is free of charge!
Salary from €1.800,- and €2.400,- per month (working on level 4, payment is 12x pro year);
Extra ORT (irregularity pay), holiday pay, and a pension plan;
You will be given an employment contract based on a 36-hour workweek for at least 12 months;
Our care coordinators are at your service throughout the entire project;
Various contract forms are possible: full-time (and part-time);
Possibility to follow courses to learn the Dutch language.

If additional training is required, such as care for ventilation clients or nursing procedures during home dialysis, we will provide these training courses. In this way, our nurses are always award of the current guidelines and protocols in the Netherlands.
